Naval, who is from Elk Grove in Sacramento County, was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and unlawful sexual conduct after being found with a 10-year-old Taft girl earlier this month.

(KGET) — A sustained firefight broke out Wednesday afternoon in Tijuana where U.S. and Mexican officers attempted to arrest a murderer who escaped from a Delano courthouse months ago, according to multiple Mexican media outlets. Several media outlets reported that a Mexican police commander, Abigail Esparza Reyes, was killed in the shootout. The same sites reported that the Delano escapee, Cesar Hernandez, escaped the shootout and remains on the run.
