EDMONDS, Wash. — Video from police body cameras shows first responders working to save people who were in a car that plunged into the water off the Edmonds ferry dock while fleeing police Tuesday night. Two people in the submerged Mini Cooper died, and three others were taken to the hospital after the car went into the water just after 11 p.m.According to police, a Washington State Patrol trooper tried to stop the Mini for speeding on I-5.

Man fatally shot in Kent shopping center parking lotKENT, Wash. — A person in a car was shot and killed during an altercation in the parking lot of a shopping center in the East Hill area of Kent Monday afternoon. According to police, 911 callers reported a car crash near 108th Ave SE and SE 240th Street at 2:30 p.m. Police arrived and found a man bleeding from the head in one of the crashed cars.
