hPSC differentiation toward DA neuronsMidbrain dopaminergic neuron differentiation were performed using H9, MEL1 and SNCA different copy numbers hPSCs, which include NURR1: GFP hPSC. hPSCs were grown on VTN-N (Thermo Fisher Scientific)-coated 6-well plates in E8-essential medium. Cells were maintained at 37°C, 5% CO2.

In a paper published in 2019, Jiang et al. implemented an approach to ultrafast nanospectroscopy of 2D materials using nanofocusing of femtosecond pulses on a plasmonic waveguide scanning probe tip. In broadband four-wave mixing (FWM) this allowed for imaging the nonlinear response and coherent electron dynamics in graphene with simultaneous nanometre spatial and femtosecond temporal resolution (T. Jiang et al. Nat. Nanotechnol. 14, 838–843; 2019).

For a long time, the market of in-situ TEM/SEM tools had not been mature, mainly for the following aspects: i) Although the electron microscope environment is relatively complex, the in-situ functionalities have remained relatively simple; ii) existing products normally lose the resolution of electron microscopy in order to pursue a certain measurement accuracy; iii) in the impression of most electron microscope users, in situ TEM/SEM still requires high skills to use.
