Clinical samples from 43 stage I LUAD patients from Fujian Cancer Hospital between January 2010 and July 2011 were included in this retrospective study. The study protocol was approved by the Human Ethics Review Committee of Fujian Medical University Cancer Hospital (SQ2021-101–01), and a signed informed consent was obtained from each patient. None of the patients had received chemotherapy or radiotherapy prior to surgery, and the final follow‐up was updated until death or February 2021.

ResultsRUSH3D is generally based on the scanning light-field imaging framework21 to fully exploit aberration robustness for wide-FOV high-resolution 3D imaging within a compact optical system, including an illumination module, a commercial wide-FOV macro objective with a numerical aperture (NA) of 0.5, a tube lens, and an integrated coded light-field sensor (Figures 1C and S1B; STAR Methods).
