1. Introduction Prostate cancer (PCa) ranks second in terms of incidence and fifth in terms of cancer-related mortality among men globally [1]. The use of serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) as a crucial biomarker for PCa screening is widespread. Conventionally, PSA levels exceeding the threshold of 4 ng/mL are recommended for prostate biopsy [2].
