1. IntroductionGlobal warming is recognized as a global environmental crisis, and the cause of global warming is excessive carbon emissions. However, social development is inseparable from energy utilization. Presently, the main energy utilization is multi-carbon mineral energy such as oil and coal. Therefore, in order to alleviate the climate warming crisis, low-carbon energy must be used and developed.

1. IntroductionWith a growing number of hydropower projects with high dams and large reservoirs being put into operation, the velocity of the flow discharged from the discharge structure has exceeded 50 m/s. Strong fluctuating pressures on the surfaces of hydraulic structures can be generated by high-velocity flow, and severe structural vibrations can be consequently induced, which has attracted a lot of attention from researchers and engineers [1,2,3].
