Background & aims Liver transplantation for alcohol-related liver disease (ARLD) has increased. We examined temporal trends in ARLD listing practices by neighborhood deprivation and evaluated the impact of neighborhood deprivation on waitlist mortality. Methods We included all adults > 18 years listed 2008-2019 in the UNOS registry. Our primary exposure was the neighborhood socioeconomic deprivation index based on patients’ listing zip codes.
