My take on Cal GM Ron Rivera and "the keys" talk: Rivera seemingly has the highest say regarding the program, with Chancellor Rich Lyons having the final say. With that said, Rivera made it clear that Cal football, today, is a "collaborative" effort. That's about it to me.
