COVINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) - After one of the winningest runs in Kentucky high school baseball history, the coaching career of Covington Catholic head baseball coach Bill Krumpbelbeck has ended. Krumpelbeck won 1,149 games over his 48-season career, the second-most wins in state history. “Few individuals have shaped the spirit of Covington Catholic the way Coach Krumpelbeck has,” said athletic director Tony Bacigalupo.
