MLS’s schedule as it stands is an existential problem. While there are headwinds involved in any change, holding playoffs in May is a far better environment for the game than doing so in November/December.

I would assume so, and why they’d want to get a closer look at them up close to help inform the decision. Falcons can’t again afford to keep this first round value off the field in year one. And the reason for doing it would be a form of Penix insurance.
