Atlanta United has won one once in its first five games of the 2025 campaign, so the knives are understandably out. Someone must bear the burden of responsibility for the slow start. That someone’s name is Alexey Miranchuk. The attacking midfielder is a lightning rod for criticism in recent weeks. In this post we’re going to evaluate some of the critiques, and why, in my opinion, it’s only a matter of time before he and the team start finding more success.
