During my school years I was encouraged to believe that being gay was a serious medical handicap, like having one leg shorter than the other or a parent who was also your form tutor. Xuxa Milrose, in-house nutritionist at Omni wellness Photograph: courtesy of Xuxa MilroseWhat do you eat for breakfast? A savoury breakfast bowl, including some sort of high-fibre carb, such as buckwheat, quinoa or millet, with spinach or kale, jammy eggs, some avocado and mixed seeds. What do you have for a 3pm energy boost? I am a sucker for a stuffed . My favourite combination is crunchy peanut butter and a sprinkling of Maldon sea salt. What would you never dream of eating? Oysters.
