BARTLETT, Tenn. (WMC) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has confirmed the identity of a man killed during a standoff with Bartlett Police. Officers with the Bartlett Police Department shot and killed a man armed with a knife outside the Lowe’s in the Wolfchase area on Thursday; the suspect has now been identified as Thomas Feminella, 30. BPD says that at 5:45 p.m., the man reportedly tried to stab an officer outside the home improvement store.
