A bowling-anchored entertainment venue is on the market. Ten Pin Alley was recently listed for $6.9 million on LoopNet, an online commercial real estate marketplace. It is being marketed by The Mansour Group, a Marcus & Millichap brokerage. The venue at 5499 Ten Pin Alley features 24 bowling lanes, an arcade, laser tag, dining and private event rooms. The single-story, 32,827-square-foot building is located on 3.6 acres and includes 120 parking spaces. It was built in 1961 and renovated in 2018.

A global data center company spent $137.2 million on nearly 270 acres in Licking County, property records show. Herndon, Virginia-based EdgeConnex bought the Johnstown and New Albany properties in a series of transactions recorded in mid-March. The acquisitions include:VanTrust Real Estate sold the sites on Innovation Campus Way, Clover Valley Road and Mink Street, the developer confirmed to Columbus Business First. A spokesperson for VanTrust said the company had no additional comment.

A pair of industrial properties totaling more than 300,000 square feet have been acquired. A pair of industrial properties next to Rickenbacker International Airport have been acquired for $29.5 million. An entity that shares an address with Starwood Capital Group – a private investment firm based in Miami – bought the sites at 6969 and 6963 Alum Creek Dr., according to the Franklin County Auditor. Starwood bought 6969 Alum Creek for $15 million and paid $14.5 million for 6963 Alum Creek.
