Edward Doyle as Rector of Rogate with Terwick and of Trotton with Chithurst. We all know walking is good for both body and mind but, apart from in Scotland where you can roam freely but responsibly, you must stick to the rights of way.     A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that prosecutors can use extra video evidence in the case against Dennis Bradley. It’s a legal defeat for the former Bridgeport state senator who is accused of conspiracy and wire fraud charges. Bradley is accused of collecting donations at a campaign launch party in 2018. His case has been on hold for two years while the appeals court decided if prosecutors could use 28 minutes of video footage obtained just days before the trial.
