The people wanting to abolish the electoral college probably all live in large cities. Small cities like Yuma quartzsite Parker and any other small city in Arizona won't even have to worry about voting because the large cities will do the choosing. These people need to read the Constitution not try to abolish it. The Electoral College turns swing states into microcosms of America, where candidates are forced to go beyond the big cities and reach out to all kinds of people.

The horizon is the same distance away in all directions, which makes it a circle. At 40,000-feet the horizon is 245-miles away from the observer's eye but that's not the horizon's radius. I.E. Let's say that sea level directly below the observer is the top of Earth and even though this isn't the actual number let's say that at 245-miles the horizon is 100-miles below the top.

I'm attempting to calculate the angle to the horizon from various heights to determine how much of the Earth's curve should actually be observable; however, every example and website I've seen that shows the formula doesn't actually show the steps you go through to solve the problem.

Who is a customer? As per Investopedia, a customer is an individual or business that purchases another company’s goods or services. They are important because they drive revenues; without them, businesses cannot continue to exist. If you re-read the last sentence, it clearly mentions that customers are the ones who drive revenue, and a business is nothing without them. So, it makes sense when you put your maximum effort into giving your customers what they need in the best possible manner.
