    CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — It looks like TxDOT has announced the grand opening of the new Harbor Bridge. Rickey Dailey confirmed information circulating online. Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 10. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on that date—six weeks from now. The concept for the new Harbor Bridge started in 2011. In 2014, various artist renderings were presented along with proposed pathways over the port. At the time, TxDOT said the new bridge would be completed by 2020.
