    SAN ANTONIO — The Harrison and Brittany Barnes Community Fund unveiled two fully renovated multipurpose courts in Saltillo, Mexico, completing their three-city court refurbishment initiative launched this year. It pays homage to Mexico’s support for the San Antonio Spurs.     DALLAS — Atlético Dallas released its inaugural "Commemorative Edition Kit" on Tuesday for its media day at Cotton Bowl Stadium. The jerseys – Blackland Crude and Texas Topaz – were released Tuesday morning. Atlético Dallas will play its home matches at the Cotton Bowl for the 2027, 2028 and 2029 seasons after the Dallas City Council approved a deal with the United Soccer League (USL) team based in Garland. Atlético Dallas will also take over managing MoneyGram Soccer Park from FC Dallas.

    HOUSTON — A notorious Houston murder case is back in the news after the death of an accomplice hired by former Missouri City police officer and firefighter Robert  "Bob" Fratta.   Joseph Prystash died on death row more than two years after Fratta was executed for killing his wife, Farah, in 1994, TDCJ confirms.
