Orchard Park Police are currently investigating a motor vehicle crash that occured at 6:22 a.m. on Southwestern Boulevard near Hazel Court that left one man deceased. According to police, officers responded to Southwestern Boulevard for report of a motor vehicle crash. The vehicle, driven by a 43-year-old male from Lancaster, left the roadway and struck a parked vehicle in a residential driveway.
