    SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The 38th Annual Let the Good Times Roll festival celebrating Juneteenth kicks off Friday, June 20 in downtown Shreveport.     BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) - A gunshot was fired during a road rage incident in Bossier City. On June 18, around 10:20 a.m., the Bossier City Police Department responded to a road rage incident near Airline Drive and Old Minden Road. Officials report that a single gunshot was fired and hit a car during the incident. No one No one was injured during the incident. KSLA is working to get more information.     SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A new bill passed the Louisiana Senate that would allow for darker-tinted front windows on cars. On May 28, 2025 Louisiana bill HB119, presented by Representative Daryl Deshotel, was passed in the Louisiana Senate by a vote of 38 to 0. The bill was ordered to return to the House. HB119 will decrease the minimum light transmission percentage allowable for the front side window tint of vehicles. This would allow for darker-tinted windows.
