ATLANTA — When she first learned about the Nova music festival, Mazal Tazazo, an Israeli mother and social worker, along with two friends, bought their tickets three months in advance, such was their excitement. Anticipation grew as they counted down the days. The festival was arranged as an all-night dance party. The highlight was to come at sunrise when the best musicians play, Tazazo said.
