    Court records have revealed new details in a shooting that injured five people in the French Quarter over the weekend. On Monday, the NOPD announced that Christopher Parker of New Orleans was arrested in connection with the shooting. Thursday, a judge set a $2 million bond for Parker. Another alleged hazing case in Louisiana, this time at Tulane University. We’re told two fraternities have been suspended. The university said they cannot comment on specific details because this is an open investigation.
