    A known drug personality, who surrendered to authorities under the Duterte administration’s “Oplan Tokhang” in 2016, was arrested by the police in Muntinlupa on May 11. The suspect was identified by the police as alias Komang, 56, tricycle driver, and a resident of Aplaya Looban in Barangay Cupang, Muntinlupa. Komang, listed as a high value individual, reportedly returned to illegal drug activity. The police executed a search warrant that led to his arrest and confiscation of 50 grams of shabu.
