READING, Pa. - Officials in Reading are raising concerns about another historic building on Penn Street. Reading City Council discussed the condition of a building in the 400 block of Penn Street during the Committee of the Whole meeting last night. It's the building that's next to two other historic buildings that recently came down. Officials say the interior of the building has deteriorated and the HVAC system is falling in. The city has owned the building and those around it since 2015.
