BUTTE, Mont. — A man convicted of two felonies after being involved in a police chase that led to a crash in Silver Bow County back in 2019 is back in jail on a litany of new charges. John Isaac Flinn, age 35, was sentenced to 10 years in prison with an additional 10 suspended back in 2019 on counts of criminal endangerment and fleeing or eluding a peace officer while operating a motor vehicle and causing bodily injury or death.

BUTTE, Mont. — A Butte woman accused of attempting to help her husband avoid kidnapping charges by tampering with a witness has made her first district court appearance. Jaelyn M. Vukovich, 29, appeared in-person in Butte-Silver Bow District Court on Wednesday, entering a not guilty plea to the felony of tampering with a witness.
