A hospital has issued an apology after the death of a mum, who was sent home with 'paracetamol for a trapped nerve', despite suffering from a cardiac arrest. Mum-of-two Jade Ellis, 36, experienced pain in her left arm followed by severe chest pains and called NHS 111 for help, leading to her being rushed to hospital, reports WalesOnline. But despite showing symptoms consistent with acute coronary problems, letters admit, she was diagnosed with a "trapped nerve", her family say.
