It’s been over a year since I Saw the TV Glow premiered at Sundance to the delight of the precious few trans critics and audience members (and a pleasantly surprising number of cis critics) that had the chance to experience it. Once it hit theaters everywhere thanks to A24 in May 2024 audiences fell for the film, often finding themselves relating to its protagonists and their plights.
