New e-scooter laws come into effect in South Australia from July 13, allowing private e-scooter riders 16 years and over to use bike lanes on roads and adhere to a 25km/h speed limit. RAA's Senior Manager of Road Safety & Infrastructure, Charles Mountain said to Sonya & Jules, "We would expect hopefully, this will actually work reasonably well". "We would be strongly recommending people...get a third party policy".
