    LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A man is in custody after police said he struck a teenager with his SUV and then took a sledgehammer and attacked nearby cars. Police received a call reporting someone had been hit by a car around 11:40 a.m. Thursday on Zorn Avenue near I-71 close to the VA Hospital. Officers found an injured teenager who had been hit by what was described as a white Jeep. The victim told officers that the driver of the SUV hit his car.

LMPD said they received a complaint about Officer Roberto Cedeno on March 12, regarding his “concerning behavior.”Cedeno resigned from the police department on April 8 before he was arrested two days later for violating an interpersonal protective order.

    LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE/Gray News)- A YMCA location in Louisville, Kentucky got a surprise visitor when a deer walked through its doors. Body camera footage shows how police were able to get the deer out of the Chestnut Street YMCA. The video shows the deer standing in the YMCA lobby in downtown Louisville. The deer doesn’t even appear to be startled by the people there. It only took a couple of nudges and convincing to walk her out of the building.
