HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Residents in one Horry County community are one step closer to getting repairs on a bumpy road. Those living in the Legends community voted 480-340 in favor of establishing a special tax district to help pay for Horry County to repair roads on Legends Drive, the road leading into the development and to the golf course. If Horry County Council gives it the green light, those residents will be paying the tax for 15 years.
