LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Tickets are now on sale for a local production of "Nutcracker in a Nutshell."It's a shorter, family-friendly, 1-hour version of the classic Nutcracker ballet. The performance is scheduled to happen at the Louisville Palace Theater at 2 p.m. on Dec. 7. Tickets are $34, and organizers say they sell out quickly every year. The show is put on by MAGIC Inc, a nonprofit youth dance company.

OVO opens at KFC Yum! Center in downtown Louisville Thursday evening. Thursday's show starts at 7 p.m. OVO features 52 artists, ranging from diablo jugglers to aerial net artists and hair aerialists who fly through the air throughout the 2-hour program. OVO -- which means egg in Portuguese -- is all about bugs.
