4. Detection Techniques of Biogenic AminesWith the advancement of technology, there are diverse methods for detecting biogenic amines, including direct and indirect detection methods. The indirect detection methods do not directly identify biogenic amines but rather measure the activity of amine-producing bacteria. This type of method is extremely unstable and susceptible to various factors, such as the environment.
