We recently went hands-on with the first North American preview event for Dying Light: The Beast during our appointment with Level Infinite to see their other lineup, including Exoborne. From roughly the beginning of Kyle Crane's return to the world of Dying Light, we got to play out the first hour or so of the adventure, following his escape from captivity after a thirteen-year stint of experiments and inhumane treatment.

A Data Link Between Worlds. That’s what I went away with after my brief 30-minute hands-on session with Bandai Namco’s upcoming monster-taming JRPG, Digimon Story: Time Stranger. Despite only dabbling with the first Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth on the PlayStation Vita, Bandai Namco assured me that Time Stranger would be just as standalone as other titles in the franchise. The art and character designs were among the first things I picked up when diving into Digimon Story: Time Stranger.

From Rez to Child of Eden and the cult classic Tetris Effect, the rhythm and visuals work in tandem to create an experience unlike anything else. While this isn't the first Lumines title, it is the first to build on the creative framework of Tetris Effect: Connected, both in terms of audio and visuals.

The concept of fighting off not just other players but the weather seemed like a concept that would keep fights feeling dynamic between sessions.

The moon has always been a spot of interest and wonder that humankind has dreamed about reaching and finally setting foot on, if briefly. Establishing moon bases and creating a permanent foothold on the barren landscape is something that humanity still has not completely mastered in this day and age. In science fiction, when you leave Earth and set up a colony elsewhere, there’s probably a good reason for leaving God’s green Earth.
