The mural, located on Rankin Avenue, features native plants and flowers inspired by the city's bee sanctuary designation. Huggins, who previously worked in graphic design, enjoys incorporating language into her public art. A crosswalk on a Mount Holly street is now much more colorful thanks to the work of a Charlotte-based muralist.
