"The development will include 7 three-story buildings, 4 two-story buildings. The resulting maximum gross density of 9.45 dwelling units per acre (du/ac) remains lower than the market average of 11.31 du/ac for comparable projects," meeting documents said.

PEWAUKEE — As artificial intelligence continues to transform and impact the world around us, Waukesha County Technical College seeks to add another AI program to its offerings. WCTC is proposing an Artificial Intelligence Implementation Specialist Advanced Technical Certificate Program. The program was approved at the district level by the Wisconsin Technical College System District Board of Trustees on May 13. First approval at the state level was granted on May 20.

LISBON — An 8-year-old girl in Lisbon has a dramatic injury story locked and loaded for when she is older. She also has a heartwarming tale she can share right now. On May 13, Addison "Addy" Stabelfeldt was riding her brand-new bike while her mother walked. Addy’s dad, Erich Stabelfeldt, said his wife saw the whole incident. Addy somehow fell on top of her bike and a 6 1/2-inch brake lever impaled her leg.

Michele Gagner, librarian and community library liaison, said last year the library had 60 people and this year there were between 90 and 100 people.
