    BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Race car driver Marco Andretti's dream to breathe new life into his grandparents' former home just got a little smaller. Located at 817 and 821-823 W. Broad St., the land had been preliminarily proposed as the site for as many as 30 units and 45 parking spaces. Over the past year-plus, however, Andretti and Spinozzi II LLC have navigated the city's planning process and have landed on a much smaller 11-unit, 20- parking space development plan for the properties.

    BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Bethlehem City Council voted 4-2 with one abstention Tuesday to approve an amendment to the city's zoning map which changes the zoning district containing two parcels at Eighth Avenue and Martin Court. The change was requested by applicant DB6 Inc. and DB3 LLC, who sought to amend the map to change the zoning from Mixed Use Commercial to Shopping Center. This privately proposed rezoning request is related to a proposal to build an upscale car wash and/or a restaurant.
