    Dallas/Fort Worth Airport's sixth terminal will be double the size originally planned, the airport announced Thursday morning. Terminal F will now add 31 gates to the airport and will have its own security checkpoint, baggage facilities and parking. The project's expansion comes after American Airlines and DFW agreed to increase investment in the terminal to $4 billion. American also extended its lease and use agreement with DFW to 2043 as part of the deal.

    H-E-B will be opening its newest Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex location in Melissa next month.. Located at 1230 Central Expressway, the grocery store will open at 6 a.m. on May 14. In addition to H-E-B staples like in-store made tortillas and guacamole, the new store will have a full-service, drive-thru pharmacy and a True Texas BBQ restaurant with a drive-thru. Construction of the $42 million store began in January 2024, according to state records.
