The teenager shot Sasso near the OSU campus on Aug. 18, 2023. In court on Thursday, a Franklin County judge sentenced Lee to 7 - 11.5 years for felony assault, with an additional three years for gun specification. Lee, who was 16 at the time, was arrested three weeks after the shooting.
