HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged following a shooting that damaged several vehicles in Henrico County early Sunday morning. Nineteen-year-old Tyjay Jerome Bell of Henrico County was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony after several vehicles were found damaged by what appeared to be gunshots, according to police.
