    KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV/Gray News) - A woman was run over and killed by her own vehicle while she was pumping gas on Sunday. According to the Kansas City Police Department, a woman driving a Ford F150 was at a gas station getting gas when the truck began to roll backward. The woman tried to get back in the truck on the passenger side but fell and was run over by the Ford. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said they are still investigating. Emergency medical services responded to Old Santa Fe Road just before 8 a.m. and found the man in a 15-foot manhole. Kansas City Fire Department said they encountered dangerously low levels of oxygen while rescuing the 30-year-old from a sewer pipe. They were at 11%, a level that could be deadly.
