(30 demerits)According to the food safety worker, some raw bacon and shrimp were not stored properly. There were flying insects in direct contact with the clean plates and onions. Black mold-like substance on the ice machine deflector and sanitizer that was too strong. Tartar sauce was stored more than 24 hours.
