First responders are at the scene of a serious crash in Fayette County on Thursday. Sky 4, Pittsburgh's only news chopper, showed emergency crews and an overturned car on Springfield Pike in Connellsville Township. UPDATE: PennDOT says the Birmingham Bridge crossover scheduled for Wednesday is being postponed due to weather. "Additional details will be provided in advance of the implementation of the new configuration. Preparatory work requiring single-lane restrictions on the bridge will occur overnight tonight," PennDOT said Tuesday afternoon.
