    Hitachi Energy is investing $70 million to expand three facilities in Westmoreland County, creating over 100 new jobs, Gov. Josh Shapiro's office announced Tuesday. The state is also contributing more than $329,000 to specifically help Hitachi's Mount Pleasant facility, which will create dozens of new, full-time jobs.
