Hitachi Energy is investing $70 million to expand three facilities in Westmoreland County, creating over 100 new jobs, Gov. Josh Shapiro's office announced Tuesday. The state is also contributing more than $329,000 to specifically help Hitachi's Mount Pleasant facility, which will create dozens of new, full-time jobs. Pittsburgh's Action News 4 is providing an exclusive first look at a project that has been two years in the making at Frick Park. One of the crowning jewels of the city's 170-park system, Frick Park now features a fully accessible section, marking a historic first for the region. Breaking the mold is nothing new for the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy.
