    UPDATE: PennDOT says the Birmingham Bridge crossover scheduled for Wednesday is being postponed due to weather. "Additional details will be provided in advance of the implementation of the new configuration. Preparatory work requiring single-lane restrictions on the bridge will occur overnight tonight," PennDOT said Tuesday afternoon. PREVIOUS: Drivers who use the Birmingham Bridge in Pittsburgh will see a traffic crossover Wednesday morning, weather permitting.
