A stretch of highway in North Austin will be reduced to one lane during the overnight hours this week as the Texas Department of Transportation continues work on its Capital Express project. Beginning at 8 p.m. Monday, April 7, northbound I-35 will be down to one lane between U.S. Hwy. 183 and Rundberg Lane.
