HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX) - A Columbus man accused of stalking two Miami University students turned himself into the Butler County Sheriff’s Office Thursday morning and appeared in court in an orange jail uniform. A Butler County grand jury indicted Mark Tersigni, 33, last week on five felony counts of menacing by stalking and a sixth charge of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, court records show. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Friday.

DAYTON, Ohio (WXIX) -New video is offering a look at a police chase from November that started in West Chester and ended with the suspect crashing into a tree in Dayton. According to court documents, Devon Thomas Brandy is facing multiple felony charges, including receiving stolen property and having weapons under disability. Brandy is accused of leading law enforcement on a chase that ended in a crash in Dayton.

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) -Franklin police have arrested two suspects in connection with a car auction robbery that occurred in Warren County Friday. Jail records show that Hadeem Mahmoud, 22, and Sam Jama, 25, were arrested Friday in connection with the incident that started at Adesa Cincinnati. Franklin police reported that the suspects used two vehicles to crash through a fence at a car auction lot and then drove off with one of the cars.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A Springfield Township mother accused of killing her 16-year-old autistic son is seeking new counsel in her case just days before her trial. On Friday, Tamara Moore, 53, is seeking a new lawyer, a move that Judge Jody Luebbers interpreted as an attempt to delay her trial. Additionally, her current attorney, Clyde Bennett, requested to withdraw from the case. This was the only point of agreement between Moore and Bennett.
