Staff say they’ll check email and phones regularly and reply as quickly as possible. Some dogs are being temporarily lodged with the Butte Humane Society. Others are in foster homes. Dog licenses are still available at the police department Tuesday through Saturday, or at city hall Monday through Thursday.
