Cochise County asking for community feedback on Camp Naco

Cochise County leaders are looking to get your feedback about a project to revitalize Camp Naco. The county is hosting an open house tomorrow, April 9th, at Naco Elementary School. Leaders will share their design proposals to remodel the 17-acre property. You can help name the new dog park coming to Lower Lincoln Park

TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — — Lower Lincoln Park on East Escalante is closed and under construction for a new dog park. The new area will be turf and feature misters, doggie agility equipment and other play features. Tucson Parks and Rec is asking for the public's help in naming the new dog park. You can find a link to vote on the new name here. Voting closes October 8th and Lower Lincoln Park is expected to reopen sometime in February 2024.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — — The Pima County Elections department wants to here from you about how it could improve the voting process. There is an online survey you can take to voice your concerns and improvements to Election Day voting as well as other voter rights issues. Questions include how to improve instructions on ballots, how to improve the overall process and the type of election information you'd like to see online. You can find that survey here.
