Around 2:30 p.m. police arrived at the 4100 block of Solar System St. involving a man who was battering a woman in front of a residence. According to police the man was trying to drag the woman inside the residence but was unsuccessful. Officials say right right police arrived, the suspect who is identified as 33-year-old Trevion Thomas brandished a firearm and pointed it at the woman and witnesses who were trying to help her.
