But sleep coach and author Macall Gordon says parents shouldn’t stress over it. “I give parents a free pass for the first six months to do what works. You do not have to freak out about sleep habits and sleep patterns too early,” says Gordon. But often sleep issues continue. Gordon says typical approaches to change sleep behavior in many kids fail, because of what she calls a “livewire” temperament.

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) -The Key West Band has been around for decades, bringing island flavor and the sounds of the late great Jimmy Buffett, who passed away last September. The group first came together 30 years ago. The band took a break for a few years, then reunited last October at Dr Pepper Park with a special tribute to Buffett. Along with a Buffett-heavy playlist, the Key West Band performs Reggae, Creole, Latin and original songs.
