    WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL)—Fall weather is coming to Texoma, with winds pulling cooler air into the region from the northeast. Afternoon temperatures will drop back down into the low 80s, with a few upper 70s possible. Winds will stay out of the northeast for most of the day but will swing back out of the south, warming temperatures back up into the low 90s.

    WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — A few morning showers will continue to break up throughout the morning as temperatures heat back up into the mid-90s this afternoon. Winds will be a bit breezy, with wind speeds of 10-15 MPH out of the south. Overnight lows will fall back into the mid-60s, with some cloud coverage returning during the evening and early morning hours on Friday. On Friday, another round of very isolated showers and storms will be possible.

    WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — Sunny skies and temperatures into the 90s for the afternoon, and that pattern will continue for the majority of the week and into the weekend. Winds will start to increase on Wednesday, with some breezy conditions expected for Thursday. Those winds will be out of the south, pulling those afternoon high temperatures up into the mid-90s towards the end of the week and into the weekend ahead of next week’s cold front.

On Friday, October 4, 2024, winds will pick up during the late morning and afternoon hours as temperatures peak in the mid to upper 90s for most of Texoma.     WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL)—Clear skies continue for Texoma, and the quiet weather pattern will continue throughout the week and into the weekend. Winds will turn out of the south and southwest, and temperatures will increase slightly and return to the mid-90s. This weekend, clear skies persist while temperatures linger in the mid-to-lower 90s. At the start of next week, another chance at a cold front will arrive, opening the door to temperatures falling back into the upper 80s.
