WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — After all of the recent rains and big thunderstorms that have pushed through the area, Lake Arrowhead is now full. It’s now over the spillway, just in the last half hour. Lake Arrowhead was last over the spillway back in November 2018. After Lake Kickapoo began flowing over its spillway last week, runoff from the lake flowed down the Little Wichita River, spilling into Lake Arrowhead. Combined lake levels now sit at 100 percent.
