I'm a rheumatologist based in Leeds in the UK, and in this video I'd like to discuss the similarities between polymyalgia rheumatica and palindromic rheumatism (PR). And in doing that, highlight how these similarities help us understand the relationship between polymyalgia rheumatica and rheumatoid arthritis. So if we begin with palindromic rheumatism, whether PR should be considered part of the rheumatoid continuum has been a long debated topic.
